Our Exchange Policy
Here at Thevan’s Jewellery, we aim to provide you with an extraordinary experience. We care about our customer service and want every customer to be satisfied with their purchases.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange the item within 14 days. As long as the item is in the same condition, an exchange is possible. We also ask that you bring any original documentation. For health reasons, our policy does not apply to nosepins or earrings.
Before you come in, remember:
Bring the original item purchased within 14 days.
Items must be in same condition and include original documentation.
Nosepins and earrings are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
Custom-designed items and engraved or personalized items, cannot be exchanged.
Any items that have been modified (resized) or purchased in resale are not eligible for exchange.
